If you are a necessity wearer who wears a wig for medical reasons you are entitled to receive VAT off the price of your wig. Clients who suffer from hair loss due to chemotherapy treatment, Alopecia, or any other medical condition confirmed in writing by your GP that causes hair loss are exempt from paying tax of their wig or piece.
 
You are entitled to VAT exemption regardless of how you order your wig (in store, over the phone, mail order, or internet). After you confirm that you are keeping the goods we will require a fully completed VAT Exemption form to be sent to us in the post, the VAT will then be returned to your card.
